I started a project I should have done years ago; pack evacuation backpacks in case we have to leave our home on short notice. There is nothing happening, it’s just part of the Boy Scout motto which I was taught from a young age, and have been neglecting it in this area of my life until now.

We went for a drive and a picnic by the river. It was one of those outings that is fun if you pretend it is. We also went to a village about 30 minutes away and visited one of our Hope for Life families. Baby Katie is doing great!
