Happy birthday to Molly Amourai

We are so thankful for our girl!

Molly has been my little buddy in several different seasons of our lives. In her short two years she has traveled across the Atlantic ocean twice and briefly visited/touched down in France and Angola, ridden a speedboat across the Congo River, enjoyed a van ride through Kinshasa, Democratic Republic of Congo, been to the US Embassy in Brazzaville 4 times, had a longer stay in the United States, flown on Air France and Ethiopian airlines, and of course now resides in our home in Congo, where she interacts with her Congolese, Rwandan and Malian friends and is learning to speak two (maybe three) languages.

These past two years she has also enjoyed the blessing of a baby sister, attended church services on different continents and is a special and beautiful part of our family. We are thankful for our Molly Amourai and her two wonderful years with us on the outside!!!

I will post more pictures after we have a joint birthday party for the girls probably this weekend.
