In Esther's words: "For Reformation Day we roasted peanuts, made no bake cookies, collected rain water, washed the dishes, buried the trash, splashed in puddles, and listened to music. The festivities will continue with watching Martin Luther cartoons and enjoying our yummy homemade snacks."

My beautiful girl who is full of sunshine and sweet light...

She is two years old today!

Eileen has a kind and gentle personality and cares deeply for people, and even characters in picture books. She's smart and obedient, loves snuggles, stuffed animals and dolls.

First day of “school”

We're back to preschool two mornings a week and next week I will start up English lessons for the 6 other classes. Molly and Eileen are not able to be left without me yet so this morning I stayed with them and it was fun watching all the children.

My little girl turned 3 today! She is a wonderful and caring big sister and a great little friend. She loves talking with me and playing games; two of my favorite things to do with people I love. She is excited about learning new things and is already well on her way to being officially bilingual. She loves her neighborhood friends, our goat and being outside.
